At Brennan, we know that our people are the heart and soul of our business, and we are always looking for ways to ensure our people have a fun and inclusive work environment, whether they are in the office or working remotely.

We are a team united by our passion for delivering IT as it should be, with people central to everything we do and the one-percenters our focus. Part of the Brennan ‘secret sauce’ is our continued focus and investment in our people, encouraging all team members to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities in a collaborative and fun work environment.

What a career at Brennan offers you

While the work we do focuses on technology, we are all human here and, importantly, understand what it’s like to start a new job. That is why we’ve worked hard to establish an onboarding experience, tailored to your specific needs, that supports you through your first 12 months with us and beyond.

We do this because at Brennan we believe that creating a solid workplace culture for our people plays an influential role in engagement, work satisfaction and career progression.

But don’t worry, we don’t believe in all work and no play. Across our team of over 650+ people, we create a climate where we naturally have fun and, through doing this, enjoy coming to work and look forward to how the day unfolds.

Getting the gig: Our tips for success

Write a stand-out resume

Your resume is an opportunity to showcase your skills and experience most relevant to the role you are applying for. Think about what you have done that demonstrates these skills and provide clear evidence of it. Make it easy to read and respond directly to the job description you are applying for. Describe and quantify your accomplishments and ditch all irrelevant information.

Technical tests

The technical test from IKM will take approximately 45 – 60 minutes. As it is a timed assessment, be sure to complete them in a quiet location free of distractions so you are not disturbed.

Pre-interview video application

In the pre-interview stage, you will be asked several questions and have a chance to record a video response. Be sure that you are in a well-lit room and we can hear you. Don’t worry if you don’t get it right on your first take – you get a few takes for each question and can choose which one to submit.

Virtual/In-person interviews

This stage is where we ask you more questions to understand your experience and who you are. Be sure to know the job description before the interview and prepare specific examples that meet each criterion. Our Talent Acquisition team will let you know all the details before your interview – this includes time, location, and who will be in attendance.

Pre-employment checks

Think about who your referees will be before starting this process. We will request two referees from you and they should ideally be your two previous managers. It will also include a background check.
