Brennan Acquires Newcastle based
Sydney, Australia, 2nd August 2021: Brennan announced it has acquired Forsythes Technology, a Newcastle/Mid North Coast based IT and communications service provider that supports over 150 regional businesses.
The decision to acquire Forsythes Technology forms part of Brennan’s strategic growth objectives for the coming year, after a record FY21 year in new business wins, and will significantly enhance service delivery capabilities throughout Newcastle and the Hunter region.

The Forsythes Technology brand will transition across to Brennan in the coming months.

Through selected acquisitions, new business wins and additional service offerings, FY21 saw Brennan’s revenue increase to $120M, a trend they are forecasting to continue in FY22.
