Brennan attains Microsoft’s Support Services designation

Sydney, Australia | 23 October 2026

Brennan has attained the Support Services designation in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Microsoft introduced the designation to help customers identify partners with proven support capability.

As of 23 October 2026, Brennan is one of a handful of Australian partners listed as holding it. All bar three are distributors or the Australian arms of global companies.

Most Microsoft partner credentials certify what an organisation can build. This one certifies what happens afterwards. It assesses how a partner runs support once the project has shipped and the environment is live, which is where the bulk of a customer's relationship with an IT provider is spent.

That has a practical edge for a buyer. It speaks to what year three of the relationship looks like: how fast a hard problem gets to the right engineer inside Microsoft, and whether the same issue returns next quarter.

Microsoft's assessment covered Brennan's support case management and escalation processes, customer satisfaction measurement and reporting, support governance, service level management, workforce capability including Microsoft-certified staff, and twelve months of case volume and performance data.

"Support is the part of the relationship that lasts. A migration takes months. Running the environment afterwards takes years, and that's the part this assessment looked at. It's the right thing to be interrogated and measured on."

Paul Woodward, Head of Cloud, Brennan

Support Services is awarded only to organisations that already hold a Solutions Partner designation, operate as a Cloud Solution Provider, and carry an active Microsoft partner support contract. It can only be earned on evidence: case data, customer feedback and audited process.

It joins Brennan's six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, which together carry all three Solutions Partner badges for Cloud & AI Platforms, Security and AI Business Solutions; Azure Expert MSP status, Microsoft's highest accreditation for Azure managed services; eight Microsoft specialisations; and Microsoft Fabric Featured Partner status.

Between them, Brennan's Microsoft credentials now cover the whole life of an environment, from how it gets designed to how it runs three years later. Microsoft has put its name to both ends.
