Brennan acquires Australian-based tech consultancy company, Clade Solutions

Sydney, Australia, 18th January 2022: Brennan announces acquisition of Clade Solutions, an Australian-based tech consultancy, with 60+ employees that help customers to drive better business outcomes through Microsoft Business Applications.

Brennan has excitedly kicked off the new year with the decision to acquire Clade Solutions, as part of the organisation’s ongoing strategic growth objectives for 2022. The decision comes off the back of Clade’s recent recognition as one of Australia’s fastest growing companies in the Australian Financial Review’s ‘Fast 100’ list. Headquartered in Sydney, Clade’s success has been driven by a growing product and service offering, and recent geographic expansion into Brisbane, Melbourne, and Darwin.

Brennan’s Managing Director Dave Stevens says, “The acquisition of Clade will have a positive impact on Brennan as we continue to set high growth targets for FY22, it’s important for us to integrate with other organisations that have likeminded strategic growth goals in place, and to further expand our solutions as they help to benefit our customers”.

“The fact that Clade are all about working closely with customers to leverage and build high-quality applications that evolve with the changing needs of their customers – it felt like a natural fit, as we’ve always adopted a customer first mentality at Brennan.” He added.

Clade will be managed as a separate business within Brennan, with Clade CEO Duncan Journee continuing to lead the brand’s successful momentum in the market.

“We have had a strong relationship with Brennan for years, so this feels like a natural evolution. Since becoming Strategic Partners two years ago, we have worked even more closely with the Brennan team to serve their customers,” said Journee.

“Clade has helped organisations to digitally transform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 from day one, and we have since built our capability to encompass Microsoft’s growing Business Applications ecosystem, including the Power Platform, in addition to developing our own sector-specific solutions built with Microsoft technology” he continues.

“What’s most exciting for us, is that we can further leverage Brennan’s industry expertise, collaborate with their employees, and access their innovative tools and systems to further grow as a business and to ensure that we continuously provide a premium service to our customers.” added Journee.

The remainder of FY22 is set to look strong for Brennan, after the acquisition of Forsythes Technology in August 2021, Brennan are continuing to forecast for another blockbuster year of expansion and double-digit growth.
