Prior to joining Brennan, Nick was Optus’ NSW State Director, where he was accountable for the NSW Enterprise, Government and Mid-Market business, with overall responsibility for the effective growth of the company's market share and profitability within the state.

As part of Brennan’s leadership team, Nick drives the alignment of technology strategy, service delivery and business value, ensuring that customer experience remains a core differentiator.
