Melbourne | April 2025 – Leading Victorian employment and training provider, Skillinvest, has successfully launched a modern SharePoint intranet, revolutionising internal communication and document management for its staff. Delivered in collaboration with Brennan, the project replaced an outdated system with an intuitive, cost-effective solution designed to drive engagement and streamline access to critical resources.

With over almost 40 years of experience, Skillinvest provides apprenticeships, traineeships, education and employment services across industries such as Automotive, Building and Construction, Agriculture, and Business. However, their existing intranet was difficult to navigate, leading to low adoption rates and inefficiencies in accessing important information. To address this, they engaged Brennan to deliver a new, user-friendly, and scalable platform.

The project focused on building a modern, out-of-the-box SharePoint intranet with a structured file system, clear user permissions, and a mobile-friendly interface. A key component of success was Change Management and tailored staff training, ensuring employees understood and embraced the new system. The result is a centralised, easy-to-use platform that supports internal communication, document storage, and collaboration.
