We acknowledge those who walked this land before us

Brennan acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community in the spirit of reconciliation. We respect their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

Our commitment to people, the planet, and product

Our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy is embedded into our activities and actions; we take a proactive approach to the future of our – people, clients, partners, shareholders, and communities.

Some of the actions made have been little, while others have been significant. However, we feel that every effort taken to reduce the influence on the environment is favourable.

We wish to share our passion for social causes with the community, which defines us as a company.

Our Pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility

Our CSR policy is aligned with our Environmental, Sustainability and Governance objectives, taking a proactive approach in our actions. Given the nature and scale of our business, we have identified three Pillars where we can have the broader impact best contributed to the social and environmental areas – with a focus on People, Planet and the Product.

We strive to create an environment where every team member is encouraged to achieve the best – personally and professionally. We invest in creating a holistic wellbeing climate that supports an open and diverse culture that values performance – where anyone in the team can bring new ideas to the table and see them brought to life.

Leading the way in innovation and customer experience, we engage in giving back to communities, forming alliances, collaborating with our suppliers and valued customers to ensure that every worker in our supply chain is treated with dignity.

We go further than limiting the negative impacts on our environment by actively finding new ways to create positive benefits. We are committed to a range of targets, including using 100 per cent green energy by 2030 and being carbon positive by 2050.

Our team is also united to practice responsible stewardship of natural resources and place particular focus on 100 per cent reprocessing of all recyclable materials.

We responsibly promote to our customers’ energy-efficient products, sustainable sources, and packages.

Building a better tomorrow through our products means evolving the way we do business to embrace circular thinking – which means all waste is a resource.

We are achieving this by:

  • Only sourcing products that originate from sustainable manufacturing facilities.
  • Procuring products with clean energy labelling.
  • Ensuring our sourcing and packaging efforts are 100 per cent sustainable.

We continually look to where we can reduce our Carbon Footprint both internally and to our customers. This includes reducing office footprints, Agile Working policies, Clean Power procurement, Reduction in travel, and using partners/suppliers with a similar Environmental/Sustainability focus.

Our team also uses intelligent systems in our customer support systems with intelligent, automated features to ensure we provide the most sustainable and cost-efficient ways of delivering services.
