ARA Australia

The Situation

ARA Australia is a real estate fund management company listed on the Singapore Exchange. They established an Australian platform to strengthen their presence in the Asia Pacific region.

The Challenge

Launching into the local Australian market, ARA Australia faced the challenging task of moving into new premises with no existing IT infrastructure.

“Opening a new office is always a challenging task, and when you have no existing IT infrastructure, it takes significant effort to get everything set up quickly and without issues,” said Bianca, Office Manager for ARA Australia.

“One of the most important things to get sorted first was our phone system. Our head office is in Singapore, so we needed a system that would work locally – but the solution also had to ensure that we were able to contact our international offices without connectivity or service issues or high costs.”

The Solution
