Deploying Skype for Business for enterprise telephony can be achieved via a number of architectures and solutions. Achieving full enterprise telephony such as PSTN calling requires additional functionality, over and above what Office 365 Skype for Business delivers today.

- PSTN Calling Integration. PSTN calling integration is not supported today out of Office 365 but we will let you know as it is available. However Brennan IT can provide you full PSTN integration via our SIP Trunking capabilities to remove the need for you to operate two phone systems.
