Christmas Support and Provisioning Hours

Hi all, 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for a great year and wish you all a Happy Christmas. 

As usual, Brennan IT will have skeleton support available throughout the Christmas period, you can reach us on 1300 500 000. 

Over the Christmas / New Year period, all Australian data carriers hold provisioning of new services. 

Accordingly, Brennan IT will have limited capability to deploy services over this period where provisioning requires all carrier parties to work in a coordinated fashion. We will also have a freeze on ‘Normal’ type changes during this period. 

The embargo period is running from 15/12/2017 17:00 to 08/01/2017 07:00. There are no impacts or changes to service assurance processes. 

New installs or provisioning of services ordered until after the embargo may take an extended period to complete depending on the underlying carrier embargo, thereby exceeding the SLA time which applies throughout the rest of the year. 

Any change requests required during this period will need to be scheduled prior to the start of the period unless it constitutes a standard or emergency change.
