The festive season is just around the corner, so it is important to let you know that there will be changes in our provisioning and change request processes which can have implications on your business.
The Brennan IT provisioning embargo will commence from;
18th December 2011 through to 8th January 2012 (inclusive).
During this time there will be a reduction in operational resources over the holiday period and as a result there will be minimal provisioning activity completed. We request that, should you require any changes during this period, you advise us prior to the commencement of the embargo so that we can ensure there are sufficient resources available to assist.
During this period, Brennan IT will be reducing network activity to emergency work only in order to reduce the risk of outages affecting customers.
Additionally, please note the following:
- Due to network and carrier embargo’s from 18th December to 8th January some services may experience extended ordering, processing and delivery times.
- Provisioning activities associated with non-standard Brennan services, and any network re-configuration activities, will not be undertaken.
- Service delivery that requires hardware or software upgrades will not be undertaken until the end of the embargo period.
- SLA’S and fault processes will not be affected by the embargo. Our team will still be responding and managing all issues throughout this period.
These activities will re-commence as per normal after the embargo period on the 9th January 2012.
Please contact your Account Manager to discuss any possible implications to services currently in our provisioning process or any new services that you have planned to be provisioned in this period.
