PayPal accidentally credits man with $92 quadrillion

American Public Relations Manager Chris Reynolds had quite a surprise when he opened his June PayPal statement recently – an error by the e-commerce company had left him with a 17 figure account balance. Chris normally sells vintage car parts on eBay, and so sees no more than $1000 a month come through his account. When his balance grew to $92,233,720,368,547,800, for two minutes in time, he became the richest man in the world – completely surpassing Carlos Slim Helu, Mexican business mogul who sits at a mere $73 billion. Chris, a 56 year old father of three from New York State, said: “I’m just feeling like a million bucks.” When asked what he would do with the money if it was actually his he replied “I’m a very responsible guy. If I really had that sort of money, I would pay the national debt down first.”
