We are looking for a VIC Sales Manager to drive our high performing sales team to the next level.

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and support staff to achieve sales targets, market share and customer satisfaction. You will possess excellent leadership, development and motivational skills, with the ability to lead a team of sales professionals to succeed. You will also possess strong sales aptitude with the ability to grasp the full range of IT and Telecommunications services Brennan has to offer.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be an existing Sales Manager with experience in developing and maintaining existing relationships as well as hunting for new business. He/she will lead a team of eight and have experience in coaching, training and developing staff to reach their potential.

  • A self motivated, result-orientated individual, passionate about winning new business
  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience and 2 years management experience
  • sales management experience in the Software, Telecommunications or IT Services markets
  • A detailed understanding of the sales process and solution selling methodologies
  • Excellent understanding of the drivers of CRM and or ERP software
