Key Responsibilities

The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for managing clients in both pre and post sale environments. This position will be responsible for the delivery of implementation services for customers ofNetSuite. Working with Brennan Sales and the balance of the Professional Services Team, this position will quickly assess customer implementation needs, with a particular emphasis in the area of CRM; develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.

The successful candidate must have a passion for business and the technologies that run it, as well as, advanced analytical problem solving acumen & business developmnt acumen.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience with sophisticated CRM systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience implementing CRM software solutions, ideally in small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Proven experience as a consultant in IT industry segments.
  • Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to CRM, for example Sales Force Automation, Marketing, Support Management and Forecasting.
  • Proven success in Accounting and Web (ePortal) business practices such as payroll, expense tracking, multicurrency, commissions, Net or Ecommerce, shopping carts and website layout.
  • Proven Experience with software in an ASP environment is an advantage.
  • Proven Experience with financial accounting, customer management and sales force automation software is also desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF.
  • Experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success at NetSuite: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards
  • Tertiery Qualifications in Business (i.e., Master of Business IT) or Recognised Certifications in related disciplines or methodologies (ITIL or Project Management).
Functions & Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales and post sales presentations on ERP/CRM software solutions & products to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Present and demonstrate software products and services.
  • Develop implementation plans, service delivery plans and technical sales tools.
  • Develop technical training documents as needed by Clients
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers
  • Provide knowledge and guidance to others in the development of deliverables
  • Structure IT project teams to incorporate required skills, from Bank team members and delivery partners
  • Identify and prioritise work demands, assign duties and manage delivery of consultative requirements
  • Portray leadership behaviours which encourage productive working relationships and a strong performance culture
  • Encourage innovation and improvement within the team, assessing and providing feedback on the quality of suggestions
  • Evaluate effectiveness of project management tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work within a team environment and provide assistance in the management and leadership of your team.
