Brennan IT is a system design, integration and support company, providing IT solutions and services to the corporate sector. We have offices in all major capital cities. We are currently looking for a full time Consultant based in our Brisbane office.

NOTE - WE ARE NOT A RECRUITMENT AGENCY AND WILL BE RECRUITING FOR THIS ROLE DIRECTLY.

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to utilise all the skills they have accumulated over the years in the industry in one challenging position whilst performing the service delivery function of the Brennan IT Consulting Team which includes 1st to 3rd level technical support and consultation.

Consulting – You will, in conjunction with Senior Consultants, be responsible for the day to day running of client networks, whilst continually striving to improve them.

Technical – You will also provide on site technical support for clients who use Brennan for Ad-hoc and emergency services.

This role will be technically challenging and expose you to a wide variety of technologies. As such you will be required to stay abreast of all the latest trends & technologies and maintain current and achieve additional technical certifications.

Requirements:
  • Microsoft or similar accreditation
  • 3-5 years experience in an infrastructure support role
  • Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
Experience with other vendors Cisco, Unix/Linux, Citrix or Novell is desirable. Along with Previous experience working with a consulting or integration firm.
