IT OUTSOURCING
Brennan's flexible IT outsourcing agreement lets you outsource as much or as little of your IT function as you like. Our commercial agreements range from purchasing blocks of support hours to be used as you need them, to a fixed monthly management fee covering all your IT needs.- Ultimate Care
The Ultimate Care agreement provides you with IT support for a fixed monthly fee. Support can cover a wide range of IT services. - Service Pack
The Service Pack agreement is based on blocks of pre-purchased block hours - either 50 or 100 depending upon your requirements. The hours can be used for any of our listed services or for one-off projects.

Whether you want to upgrade your service for in-warranty machines or extend your post-warranty maintenance coverage, we offer experienced technicians, an extensive parts network, and flexible service level options designed to meet your specific business needs.
Monthly Maintenance
To ensure your network continues to operate at its peak, Brennan develops and implements a monthly maintenance procedure. Our standard procedure consists of the following tasks:
- Backup logs checked
- Trial restore performed to verify backup integrity
- System event or error logs checked
- Events arising from system event or error logs investigated
- Temporary files cleared
- Disk space checked
- System resources checked and recorded, including CPU usage, memory usage, paging, network usage etc
- Server disks scanned for viruses including macro viruses
- Viruses defined and updated if required (this is normally automated)
- Issues addressed surrounding server or client performance

MANAGED DESKTOP
Brennan's Managed Desktop takes the hassle out of computer maintenance and IT asset management. Computer maintenance is managed quickly, consistently, and easily - reducing your need to hire additional in-house staff to prevent IT problems.We handle the distribution of software updates and security patches, and also provide you with an asset inventory of any IP-attached machines. Our automation of supplying patches, updates and new virus definitions solves the problem of updating software for remote workforces. And our remote access features support diagnosing and controlling PCs remotely.
Brennan's Managed Desktop also offer remote data backup services, reducing your IT management costs while enhancing the protection of your business-critical information and providing a valuable Disaster Recovery benefit.
