Supporting Earth Hour

Global warming is a serious issue facing all of us today. For our planet, it means changing weather patterns, affected water supplies, change in wildlife and ultimately the loss of a sustainable way of life. While climate change has already begun, it’s not to late to stop the affects. As a global community, we can band together and be a part of the solution.

Earth hour began in 2007, when WWF inspired Sydney to turn off their lights for one hour in support of climate change action. Since then, the event has grown to 35 counties, 0ver 400 cities banding together for this cause.

At Brennan IT, we will be participating in this worthy initiative. On Friday the 30th of March, all employees will be turning off and unplugging all individual electronics such as computers, laptops, chargers, monitors. At the end of this day, all office lights will also be turned off in preparation for Earth Hour which is on Saturday March 31st at 8:30pm.

Please join us in spreading the word and participating in this important cause!
