At Brennan IT we’re committed to customer service and it’s always useful to find out what you think about us so we can spot areas where we may need to pull up our socks.
Towards the end of last year we completed our 2013 Client Satisfaction Survey and we are delighted to see that the overwhelming majority of our customers are with us for the long haul. 80% said they wished to remain a client for three years or more.
Customers were also very happy with the technical calibre of Brennan IT consultants. This is a key focus for us, so we’re glad we’re delivering.
The service of our Network Operations Centre (NOC) was highly ranked, as were our Voice Services. But this year’s star was Brennan IT’s Telephony and Unified Communications services. Be assured that we’ll keep up our good work in this area, from performance and stability to meeting your business’s needs.
Based on feedback, one area we’re keen to improve is our customer portal. Watch out this year for enhancements to better meet your reporting and information needs.
Another area we’re evolving is our Managed IT Services and Flexible IT Support (Service Packs). While you find our Service Desk agents friendly and professional, we are still focused on making even more progress on resolving issues quickly and providing prompt reports.
The good news is that the vast majority of you were very satisfied and we will continue to offer the best service and value in the industry.
