Primary responsibilities include providing Service Delivery Management, Service Level Management, Strategy Consultancy and Project Coordination.

• Industry Certified
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange environments
• Minimum 8 yrs consultancy experience
• Sound Pre-Sales experience
• Prior exposure to WAN or ISP environments is essential
• Prior exposure to Service Level Management and leadership experience
