This national role is based in Melbourne and offers applicants the opportunity to apply their significant licensing/software sales to both existing and new clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced new business hunter, with a strong client network, and be accustomed with identifying, progressing and closing licensing and software opportunities.

You will report to the General Manager – Sales and Marketing, and help shape our future success. Your peers and colleagues will challenge you to succeed and support your efforts in a true team environment.

Requirements:

• A self motivated, result-orientated individual, passionate about winning new business
• A minimum of 5 years Licensing experience selling across Small to Medium (SMB) organisations within a reseller
• Strong knowledge across all licensing programs, Microsoft , Symantec, Adobe, Trend Micro
• A proven ability to achieve, exceed sales target, and grow licensing business nationally
• High level presentation and communication skills
• An detailed understanding of the sales process and solution selling methodologies
• Able to build and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners and staff
• Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and on own initiative
• Ability to delegate effectively
• Ability to work under pressure/in a pressurised environment
• Excellent decision making / problem solving skills Good commercial awareness
