Requirements:
- Microsoft or similar industry-based accreditation
- 3+ years experience in an infrastructure support role
- Ability to autonomously manage, diagnose and troubleshoot issues in a predominately Windows environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience for with a consulting or integration firm using Cisco, Unix/Linux, Citrix, VMware or Novell is highly desirable.
