Brennan IT has a fantastic opportunity for a Cisco Unified Communications Consultant to join our growing team. As such, we are interested in seeing resumes at various levels from Engineers through to Solution Architects.
As a Cisco Unified Communications Consultant you will be working closely with the rest of the professional services team to deliver end to end unified communication solutions. Depending on your previous experience, your responsibilities will include the full life-cycle from pre-sales and business analysis through to design and implementation and finally support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Cisco UC and VOIP design, implement and support experience (Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Unity, etc)
- Minimum of 2 years IP network implement and support experience
- Autonomous time management skills
- Project delivery skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision making / problem solving skills
- Ability to work in an client billing environment
- Industry based certification; CCNA + Voice
Desirable:
- 4 years plus; Cisco UC experience
- Video Conferencing solution design and implementation
- NEC VoIP experience
- Able to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and staff
- Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment
- Working knowledge of SLA structure and delivery
- Prior experiencing with consulting services
- Industry based Network Engineering certification; CCVP
