How it works?

Brennan IT’s VMR solution provides users with their very own virtual meeting room and is as easy to join as an automated audio only conference is today.

Users simply send out a normal calendar invitation for either an ad hoc meet now style conference or a meeting date in the future which will contain a link to join the video call via their browser or a simple dial string to use on hardware based systems.

Further if you have subscribed to one of the VMRs that supports extension dialing, adding audio only users, web sharing, Skype for Business, and/or any Standards-based H.323/SIP Video Conferencing device, the same easy to use self-service dialing will apply.

The Brennan IT VMR service will supply the necessary extension, audio only phone numbers, pass codes, etc. for your participants to use when joining your VMR via those other technologies.
