Cloud and managed services provider to the mid-market, Brennan IT, today unveiled a new management structure to underpin the company’s aggressive 3 year growth strategy aimed at cementing its position as the leading IT services provider to the mid market (50-1000 seats).
Job creation is high on the agenda, with Brennan IT looking to fill 50 new roles across the business in a move to strengthen sales and client service, as well as secure best in class technical personnel to drive innovation and support the development and delivery of the next range of IT, cloud and telecommunication solutions to the mid market.
The restructure will see the company adopt a national approach to sales and account services as well as introduce category specialisation, which managing director Dave Stevens says will enable the business to better align to the needs of its customers and support the delivery of expert technical advice.
“The next three years is all about growth, and building upon our current strong position in the delivery of cloud and managed services. To do that we need a more flexible business structure and importantly, we need to recruit a large number of highly skilled consultants,” said Stevens.
