Brennan IT 2016 Christmas Operating Hours and Provisioning

Over the Christmas / New Year period, all Australian data carriers cease provisioning of new services. 
Accordingly, Brennan IT will have limited capability to deploy services over this period where provisioning requires all carrier parties to work in a coordinated fashion. 
There are no impacts or changes to service assurance processes. 

Please note the following impacts of this period on provisioning of services. 

New Data Communication Circuits Embargo – 16/12/2016 to 09/01/2017.

New installs or provisioning of services ordered from now until after the embargo may take an extended period to complete, thereby exceeding the SLA time which applies throughout the rest of the year. 

Any network change requests required during this period will need to be scheduled prior to the start of the period unless it constitutes a standard or emergency change.
