Beerstorming: Cloud Computing for Accounting Firms

Brennan IT are proud to be event partners at the latest Practice Paradox and CountGPS Event series, ‘Beerstorming‘. The title of the series is; Cloud Computing for Accounting Firms – Leading Edge and Now, or Bleeding Edge and Too Soon?

The event series has been created specifically for practitioners within the accounting industry. It’s an afternoon event (great for busy practitioners) and it has a very innovative format. At Brennan IT, we’re proud to be Event Partners for the series as this is one of the hottest topics in the finance industry (and business in general) at the moment, so it’s sure to be a great session.

The unusual name ‘Beerstorming’ means it is a combination of Brainstorming, plus Beer. Well, networking drinks. There will be an industry panel of successful accounting firm practitioners and industry consultants, and the opportunity to discuss and brainstorm issues, challenges and solutions with your peers, and to pose questions to the industry panel.

Beerstorming sessions are happening in 3 locations, click the appropriate link above to learn more details about the events, including ticket price, times, venue details, etc.;

– Sydney, 1st September: Click here to learn more and to book tickets

– Melbourne, 8th September: Click here to learn more and to book tickets

– Brisbane, 15th September: Click here and to learn and to book tickets

The format is a combination of a relaxed networking drinks atmosphere, combined with an industry panel discussion and brainstorming. Apart from excellent quality networking with other progressive practitioners and a chance to relax over a few drinks, I think we will all learn a lot from the session.

It is quite eye opening what is happening in the ‘cloud computing’ space, and it’s moving fast. It really is shifting the way business is done and how it looks at and invests in IT infrastructure.

We look forward to seeing you at one of the forthcoming Beerstorming events.
