Brennan appoints Victorian and NSW sales heads.
Brennan has announced the appointment of two senior sales appointments while the managed services provider looks to fill a further 18 positions.
Brennan managing director Dave Stevens said the vacancies were driven by "strong growth" in managed services and infrastructure-as-as-service (Iaas) products.

MID-MARKET managed services provider Brennan has strengthened its management team with two senior sales appointments. Stuart Roberts has been appointed Victorian sales manager.
He is moving from Dell, where he spent seven years in various leadership roles in the solutions group, responsible for server, storage and infrastructure consulting sales across Australia.
Roberts says Brennan's ability to offer a full end-to-end system is unique and presents a huge competitive advantage.

Making disasters virtually avoidable

Virtualisation is starting to make an impact in the disaster recovery space. Every disaster recovery project undertaken by mid-market service provider Brennan in the past six months has been predominantly based on virtualisation, says managing director David Stevens.
"Our entry-level solution is that we replace physical servers with virtual servers in one of our data centres. Combined with that is either live data replication or very close to live," Stevens says. "For a minimal monthly outlay they get access to a whole bunch of virtual servers, and then the pricing changes if they need to enact the disaster recovery plan. |
